فَأَزَلَّهُمَا ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِۖ وَقُلْنَا ٱهْبِطُوا۟ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّۖ وَلَكُمْ فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَـٰعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ ﴿سورة البقرة آية ٣٦﴾.

Chapter (2) sūrat l-baqarah (The Cow)

Sahih International: But Satan caused them to slip out of it and removed them from that [condition] in which they had been. And We said, "Go down, [all of you], as enemies to one another, and you will have upon the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time."

Pickthall: But Satan caused them to deflect therefrom and expelled them from the (happy) state in which they were; and We said: Fall down, one of you a foe unto the other! There shall be for you on earth a habitation and provision for a time.

Yusuf Ali: Then did Satan make them slip from the (garden), and get them out of the state (of felicity) in which they had been. We said: "Get ye down, all (ye people), with enmity between yourselves. On earth will be your dwelling-place and your means of livelihood - for a time."

Shakir: But the Shaitan made them both fall from it, and caused them to depart from that (state) in which they were; and We said: Get forth, some of you being the enemies of others, and there is for you in the earth an abode and a provision for a time.

Muhammad Sarwar: Satan made Adam and his spouse err and caused them to abandon the state in which they had been living. Then We said, "Descend, you are each other's enemies! The earth will be a dwelling place for you and it will provide you with sustenance for an appointed time.

Mohsin Khan: Then the Shaitan (Satan) made them slip therefrom (the Paradise), and got them out from that in which they were. We said: "Get you down, all, with enmity between yourselves. On earth will be a dwelling place for you and an enjoyment for a time."

Arberry: Then Satan caused them to slip therefrom and brought them out of that they were in; and We said, 'Get you all down, each of you an enemy of each; and in the earth a sojourn shall be yours, and enjoyment for a time.'

Setelah itu maka Syaitan menggelincirkan mereka berdua dari syurga itu dan menyebabkan mereka dikeluarkan dari nikmat yang mereka telah berada di dalamnya dan Kami berfirman: "Turunlah kamu! Sebahagian dari kamu menjadi musuh kepada sebahagian yang lain dan bagi kamu semua disediakan tempat kediaman di bumi, serta mendapat kesenangan hingga ke suatu masa (mati)".
[2:36] Tafsir Jalalayn
(Lalu keduanya digelincirkan oleh setan) oleh Iblis dan menurut suatu qiraat 'fa-azaalahumaa', artinya maka Iblis pun menyingkirkan keduanya (daripadanya), maksudnya dari dalam surga dengan memperdayakan serta mengatakan kepada mereka, "Maukah kalian saya tunjukkan suatu macam pohon kekal yang akan mengekalkan kehidupan kalian? Itulah dia syajaratul khuldi atau pohon keabadian?" Ia tidak lupa bersumpah atas nama Allah bahwa mereka hanyalah hendak menyampaikan nasihat dan anjuran baik belaka. Maka Adam dan Hawa pun memakan buah itu, (dan Allah mengeluarkan mereka dari keadaan yang mereka alami semula), yakni dari nikmat surga (dan firman Kami, "Turunlah kalian!") maksudnya ke bumi, yakni kalian berdua bersama anak cucu kalian itu (menjadi musuh bagi yang lain) disebabkan penganiayaan sebagian kalian terhadap lainnya, (dan bagi kalian tersedia tempat kediaman di bumi), artinya tempat menetap (dan kesenangan) berupa hasil tumbuh-tumbuhan yang kalian senangi dan dapat kalian nikmati (sampai waktu tertentu) maksudnya hingga saat datangnya ajal kalian nanti.

Tetapi Iblîs yang iri dan dengki kepada Adam, mulai membujuk mereka berdua untuk memakan buah pohon ini, sehingga mengakibatkan mereka tergoda dan memakannya. Akibatnya, Allah mengeluarkan mereka dari kenikmatan dan kemuliaan itu, dan menyuruh mereka beserta keturunannya untuk turun dan tinggal di bumi. Mereka menjadi musuh satu sama lain, yang disebabkan oleh persaingan dan rayuan setan. Bagi mereka disediakan tempat kediaman di bumi dan kemudahan hidup serta kesenangan yang akan habis pada waktunya.

Lalu keduanya digelincirkan oleh syaitan dari surga itu dan dikeluarkan dari keadaan semula dan Kami berfirman: "Turunlah kamu! sebagian kamu menjadi musuh bagi yang lain, dan bagi kamu ada tempat kediaman di bumi, dan kesenangan hidup sampai waktu yang ditentukan".

561الشَّيْطَانُمَخْلوقٌ مِن النّارِ يُغري بِالفَسادِ والشرِّ، وكَثيراً مَا وَرَدَ لِيَكونَ اسماً لِكُلِّ عارِمٍ مِن الجِنِّ والإنْسِ والحَيَواناتِالمزيد
