بَدِيعُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ﴿سورة البقرة آية ١١٧﴾.

Chapter (2) sūrat l-baqarah (The Cow)

Sahih International: Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.

Pickthall: The Originator of the heavens and the earth! When He decreeth a thing, He saith unto it only: Be! and it is.

Yusuf Ali: To Him is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: When He decreeth a matter, He saith to it: "Be," and it is.

Shakir: Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth, and when He decrees an affair, He only says to it, Be, so there it is.

Muhammad Sarwar: God is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. Whenever He decides to do anything, He just commands it to exist and it comes into existence.

Mohsin Khan: The Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it : "Be!" - and it is.

Arberry: the Creator of the heavens and the earth; and when He decrees a thing, He but says to it 'Be,' and it is.

Allah jualah yang menciptakan langit dan bumi (dengan segala keindahannya); dan apabila Ia berkehendak (untuk menjadikan) suatu, maka Ia hanya berfirman kepadanya: "Jadilah engkau!" Lalu menjadilah ia.
[2:117] Tafsir Jalalayn
(Penemu langit dan bumi) maksudnya penciptanya tanpa meniru pada contoh-contoh yang lain (dan bila Dia berkehendak) (akan sesuatu perkara) artinya menciptakannya (maka Dia hanya mengucapkan kepadanya, "Jadilah kamu!" Lalu jadilah ia) artinya sesuatu itu pun terjadilah. Menurut satu qiraat 'fayakuuna' dengan baris di atas sebagai 'jawaabul amr'.

Bagaimana mungkin Allah membutuhkan keturunan dan mengambil anak padahal Dia yang mula-mula menciptakan bumi, langit dan menundukkan apa yang ada di antara keduanya pada kehendak-Nya. Tidak ada perbuatan yang sukar bagi Allah. Apabila menghendaki sesuatu, cukup Allah mengatakan, "Jadilah" (kun), maka jadilah apa yang dikehendaki-Nya itu.

2067السَّمَاوَاتِالكَواكِب، والعَالَم العُلْوِيّالمزيد
2068وَالأَرْضِالأرْضُ: الكَوْكَبُ المَعْروفُ الَّذي نَعيشُ على سَطحِهِ، أو جُزْءٌ مِنْهُالمزيد
2069وَإِذَاإذا: ظَرْفُ زَمانٍ يَتَضَمَّنُ مَعْنَى المُفاجَأةِالمزيد
2070قَضَىأرادَ وقَدّرالمزيد
2071أَمْراًقَضَى أَمْراً: أراد حدوث أمر أو ايجاد شيءالمزيد
2072فَإِنَّمَاإِنَّما: أداةُ حَصْرٍالمزيد
