أَمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسْمَعُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَىٰهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيْهِمْ يَكْتُبُونَ (Az-Zukhruf:80).

أَمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسْمَعُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَىٰهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيْهِمْ يَكْتُبُونَ ‎﴿سورة الزخرف آية ٨٠﴾‏‏.

[43:80] Basmeih

Patutkah mereka menyangka bahawa Kami tidak mendengar apa yang mereka sembunyikan (di dalam hati) dan apa yang mereka perkatakan (dengan berbisik) sesama sendiri? (Bukan sebagaimana yang mereka sangka) bahkan utusan-utusan Kami (malaikat) yang menjaga mereka, ada menulis segala yang mereka lakukan.

[43:80] Tafsir Jalalayn

(Apakah mereka mengira, bahwa Kami tidak mendengar rahasia dan bisikan-bisikan mereka) yakni apa-apa yang mereka rahasiakan dari orang lain dan apa-apa yang mereka perlihatkan dengan terang-terangan di antara sesama mereka sendiri. (Sebenarnya) Kami mendengar hal tersebut (dan utusan-utusan Kami) yakni malaikat-malaikat pencatat amal perbuatan (di sisi mereka) di sisi orang-orang kafir (selalu mencatat) hal tersebut.

[43:80] Quraish Shihab

Bahkan, apakah orang-orang musyrik mengira bahwa Kami tidak mendengar pembicaraan di antara sesama mereka mengenai siasat buruk itu dan pembicaraan mereka mengenai sikap mendustakan kebenaran? Tentu Kami mendengarnya. Dan malaikat-malaikat penjaga yang selalu mengikuti mereka mencatat semua pembicaraan mereka itu.

[43:80] Bahasa Indonesia

Apakah mereka mengira, bahwa Kami tidak mendengar rahasia dan bisikan-bisikan mereka? Sebenarnya (Kami mendengar), dan utusan-utusan (malaikat-malaikat) Kami selalu mencatat di sisi mereka.

Sahih International: Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording.

Pickthall: Or deem they that We cannot hear their secret thoughts and private confidences? Nay, but Our envoys, present with them, do record.

Yusuf Ali: Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsels? Indeed (We do), and Our messengers are by them, to record.

Shakir: Or do they think that We do not hear what they conceal and their secret discourses? Aye! and Our messengers with them write down.

Muhammad Sarwar: Do they think that We do not hear their secrets and whispers? We certainly can hear them and Our Messengers record it all.

Mohsin Khan: Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsel? (Yes We do) and Our Messengers (appointed angels in charge of mankind) are by them, to record.

Arberry: Or do they think We hear not their secret and what they conspire together? Yes indeed, and Our messengers are present with them writing it down.
