قُل لِّمَن مَّا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِۖ قُل لِّلَّهِۚ كَتَبَ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ ٱلرَّحْمَةَۚ لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِۚ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ‎﴿سورة الأنعام آية ١٢﴾‏‏‏.

[6:12] Basmeih

Bertanyalah (wahai muhammad): "Hak milik siapakah segala yang ada di langit dan di bumi?" Katakanlah: "(Semuanya itu) adalah milik Allah. Ia telah menetapkan atas diriNya memberi rahmat. Demi sesungguhnya Ia akan menghimpunkan kamu pada hari kiamat yang tidak ada sebarang syak padanya". Orang-orang yang merugikan diri sendiri (dangan mensia-siakan pengurniaan Allah), maka mereka (dengan sebab yang tersebut) tidak beriman.

[6:12] Tafsir Jalalayn

(Katakanlah, "Kepunyaan siapakah apa yang ada di langit dan di bumi?" Katakanlah, "Kepunyaan Allah.") jika mereka tidak mengatakannya dan tidak ada jawaban lain kecuali itu. (Dia telah memastikan) telah menetapkan (atas diri-Nya kasih sayang) sebagai kemurahan dari-Nya. Ungkapan ini mengandung seruan yang lembut untuk mengajak mereka agar beriman (Dia sungguh-sungguh akan menghimpun kamu pada hari kiamat) untuk membalas kamu atas perbuatan-perbuatan kamu (tidak ada keraguan) kebimbangan (terhadapnya. Orang-orang yang merugikan dirinya) karena mereka menjerumuskan dirinya ke dalam siksaan. Alladziina adalah mubtada sedangkan khabarnya ialah (mereka itu tidak beriman).

[6:12] Quraish Shihab

Katakan juga, "Siapakah pemilik langit dan bumi beserta isinya?" Bila mereka tidak menjawab, katakan, "Pemiliknya adalah Allah sendiri, tanpa sekutu." Dia telah mewajibkan diri-Nya untuk menyayangi para hamba-Nya, tidak cepat-cepat menyiksa, dan menerima pertobatan mereka. Sungguh, Dia akan mengumpulkan kalian pada hari kiamat yang tiada keraguan padanya. Mereka yang menyia-nyiakan diri sendiri dan menjerumuskannya ke dalam siksaan, pada hari ini adalah mereka yang tidak mempercayai Allah dan hari perhitungan.

[6:12] Bahasa Indonesia

Katakanlah: "Kepunyaan siapakah apa yang ada di langit dan di bumi". Katakanlah: "Kepunyaan Allah". Dia telah menetapkan atas Diri-Nya kasih sayang. Dia sungguh akan menghimpun kamu pada hari kiamat yang tidak ada keraguan padanya. Orang-orang yang meragukan dirinya mereka itu tidak beriman.

Sahih International: Say, "To whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth?" Say, "To Allah." He has decreed upon Himself mercy. He will surely assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. Those who will lose themselves [that Day] do not believe.

Pickthall: Say: Unto whom belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth? Say: Unto Allah. He hath prescribed for Himself mercy, that He may bring you all together to the Day of Resurrection whereof there is no doubt. Those who ruin their souls will not believe.

Yusuf Ali: Say: "To whom belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth?" Say: "To Allah. He hath inscribed for Himself (the rule of) Mercy. That He will gather you together for the Day of Judgment, there is no doubt whatever. It is they who have lost their own souls, that will not believe.

Shakir: Say: To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth? Say: To Allah; He has ordained mercy on Himself; most certainly He will gather you on the resurrection day-- there is no doubt about it. (As for) those who have lost their souls, they will not believe.

Muhammad Sarwar: Ask them, "Who is the owner of the heavens and the earth besides God, the All-merciful, who will gather you all together on the Day of Judgment? That day will certainly come. Those who have lost their souls will not believe.

Mohsin Khan: Say (O Muhammad SAW): "To whom belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth?" Say: "To Allah. He has prescribed Mercy for Himself. Indeed He will gather you together on the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. Those who destroy themselves will not believe [in Allah as being the only Ilah (God), and Muhammad SAW as being one of His Messengers, and in Resurrection, etc.].

Arberry: Say: 'To whom belongs what is in the heavens and in the earth?' Say: 'It is God's. He has prescribed for Himself mercy. He will surely gather you to the Resurrection Day, of which is no doubt. Those who have lost their souls, they do not believe.
